We congratulate our members Anželika Banevičienė, Zvonimir Ivanović and Denis Solodov who published a paper titled “Right to complain about mistreatment in criminal interviews and interrogations following international and EU law and the Méndez Principles” and Denis Solodov’s and Ilona Laurinaitytė’s paper Implementation of the UN’s principles on effective interviewing and interroga-tion – perspectives for Poland and Lithuania (COST Action CA22128: IM-PLEMENDEZ) – both published in Polish law journal Studia Prawnoustrojowe.
