Drawing on empirical research and professional practice, the webinar outlines best practices for conducting monolingual interviews and for working with interpreters to address language barriers. Particular attention is paid in the webinar to rapport-building from a cross-cultural perspective, with a focus on managing linguistic and cultural differences in investigative interviewing.
