Young Academics – those actively researching in the area of law enforcement interviewing, or on one or more of the legal and procedural safeguards listed in the Mendez Principles.
Senior Academics – those who have published at least two articles in well-regarded national or international journals (or one book with a well-regarded publisher) in the area of law enforcement interviewing, or on one or more of the legal and procedural safeguards listed in the Mendez Principles.
Practitioners – those working as police officers, prosecutors, lawyers, judges, interpreters, or other related professional roles with direct experience of law enforcement interviewing and/or the legal and procedural safeguards that attach thereto.
Policymakers – those with responsibility for policy-making either in governmental or practitioner agencies, in contexts relating specifically to law enforcement interviewing and/or related legal and procedural safeguards.
NGOs – those representing NGOs who have a particular focus on or interest in law enforcement interviewing and/or related legal and procedural safeguards.
